Must be able to handle cross training tasks, shifting priorities to meet deadlines, and stay focused despite constant interruptions in workflow (telephone, staff, etc.
).
Essential Functions - Primary job duties for which the position exists to perform; why the job exists:
Punctual and regular attendance.
Participates in patient care team to achieve desired patient outcomes.
Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills in communications with others.
Demonstrates knowledge of government regulations (state and federal) and TJC requirements with application to job assignments.
Organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
Ability to process and analyze verbal and written communications.
Demonstrates knowledge of Home Health and Hospice programs and services, and medical terminology.
Proficient in agency software and basic computer skills.
Participates in PI activities and relevant meetings to support achievement of Agency Goals and Objectives.
